LAWSON’S – SHIPPING POLICY

Lawson’s Western Australia ships across Australia and selected international locations.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. As we operate on a limited release model, order volumes may vary during drops and events.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • During new releases or events, processing times may extend slightly
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Within Australia

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand during releases
  • Postal carrier delays
  • Weather or unforeseen events

Lawson’s is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

9. Split Shipments

Once items are sold out, they may not be restocked.

Shipping delays do not guarantee availability for replacement items.
