LAWSON’S – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Overview

Lawson’s Western Australia operates on a limited release (drop) model.

Due to the nature of limited drops, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we do offer exchanges and support where appropriate.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing, subject to availability.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Important: As all releases are limited, we cannot guarantee availability of sizes for exchange.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Alternative product (at our discretion)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the item (if available), or
  • Offer a refund or store credit

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Rodeo / Event Purchases

For purchases made at events (including rodeos):

  • All sales are considered final
  • Exchanges may be considered at our discretion
  • Proof of purchase is required

6. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item details
  • Reason for return

If approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be sent back securely

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked postage

8. Store Credit

Where applicable, store credit may be issued:

  • Valid for future purchases
  • Non-refundable
  • Issued at our discretion

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation if a product:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is not as described
  • Is not fit for purpose
